**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable (AR)**:

- Issue invoices and billing statements to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain updated records of all receivables and ensure timely collection.
- Reconcile AR ledgers and resolve any discrepancies with clients.
- Assist in preparing AR aging reports and monthly collection reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve billing issues.

**Income Audit**:

- Review daily revenue reports and reconcile with system transactions (POS, PMS, etc.).
- Verify and ensure accuracy of income postings from all departments (e.g. Front Office, F&B).
- Check supporting documents against revenue reports to detect discrepancies or fraud.
- Prepare and submit daily income audit summaries to the Finance Manager.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and reporting standards.

**General Duties**:

- Assist with month-end closing tasks and financial reports.
- Support audits by providing documentation and clarifications as required.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the finance team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
