We are seeking a **Marketing Automation Specialist** who can design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys that deliver the right message, at the right time, to the right audience. You’ll be the go-to person for setting up intelligent workflows, EDM campaigns, and digital touchpoints that improve customer engagement and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage **automation workflows** that support customer acquisition, onboarding, nurturing, and retention.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure EDMs are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity.
- Monitor and analyze **campaign performance metrics** (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize for continuous improvement.
- Segment customer databases effectively to deliver **personalized content** and improve relevance.
- Support CRM initiatives by aligning automation workflows with the overall customer journey strategy.
- Generate and present **regular reports** on campaign performance to top management, including recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure automation initiatives support overall business goals.
- Participate in ad-hoc marketing projects, ensuring flexibility in contributing to business priorities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency in **marketing automation platforms** (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies.
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills to identify trends and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in **workflow mapping and automation design**.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with CRM database management and integration.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
