IT Intern

**Internship Scope**:

- Assist with IT support including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
- Support in network monitoring and user account management
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation and inventory
- Involved in IT projects and system improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and common IT tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Responsible, committed, and a team player

**Key Accountabilities**:

- **Technical Support**:
Provide first-level support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- **System Maintenance**:

- **Troubleshooting**:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems under the supervision of IT staff.
- **Network Support**:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connections.
- **Documentation**:
Update and maintain IT-related records such as inventory lists, user access logs, and ISO/IATF documentation.
- **User Management**:

- **Project Assistance**:
Participate in IT-related improvement projects or system upgrades as assigned.
- **Compliance Support**:
Ensure assigned tasks adhere to ISO/IATF standards and company IT policies.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with the IT team and other departments to provide timely solutions and support.
