1) To source Minimum 3 quotation from suppliers for price comparison.
2) To negotiate price with suppliers.
3) To issue PR for consumables items and replenish store stock when stock run low.
4) To prepare documents to HQ for issuing of POs
5) To co-ordinate with Spore colleagues on POs matters.
6) To monitor on All material delivery status and update in the listing.
7) To update mesh master price list - By projects.
8) To perform stock take (weekly-every Monday) and (monthly) - together with Uncle Lim.
9) To scan Delivery orders and save it in main server for HQ -GRN purposes.
10) To co-ordinate with suppliers on the timely delivery of materials.
11) To prepare documents (Back charge sub-con material list) to QS Dept by 24th of the every month.
12) To maintain and tidy the record in Konverge system.
13) To match PO quantities against DO and ensure full quantities is delivered.
14) To keep track record of incoming weight for materials (DO vs PCP weight bridge).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
