**Requirements**
- Electrical Competence Person in Category PW1/PW2 - 240V
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in AEON Queensbay.
- Must able to work on shift basis and on public holiday.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Responsibility**
- To assist Chargeman on monitoring operation of building and M&E System.
- To carry out scheduling preventive maintenance activities of 240V equipment.
- Main task and responsible was in Single or three Phase Electrical System under Chargeman supervision and authorization.
- To do a replacement and repairing of M&E system with others Facility Staff.
- To do a trouble shooting together with others Facility Staff.
- To carried out routine work and scheduled M&E inspection and check list, in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive activities.
- To assist supplier/contractor carried out their work according to our requisition, preventive and agreement.
- To do a trouble shooting together with others Facility Staff.
- To carried out routine work and scheduled M&E inspection and check list, in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive programs.
- To be a maintenance support if there any request by others FMD base for their additional Project, Renovation / Store or others AEON Event.
- To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as:

- Air Conditioning System
- Plumbing System
- Fire Protection System
- LPG System
- Water Supply System
- Lift & Escalator System
- Others M&E System
- Others task assigned by respective superior.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- To act as a Gas Responsible Person (OB), if appointed and send to attend GRP course by Aeon Co.(M) Bhd.
- Able to work well and understand about Electrical safety procedure and familiar with Electricity Supply Act 1990 and Regulations of Electrical Compliance 1994.
- Able to work well and understand about electrical installation and safety procedure.
- Able to read and understand electrical schematic / single line drawing.
- Able to report in Written and Verbal Communication.
- Able to monitoring for electrical equipment and problem analysis.
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure
