**Role Overview**
As the Performance Advertising Lead specializing in Google, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance advertising strategy on the Google platform. Leveraging your expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and Google-specific optimization, you will lead a team to achieve business goals and maximize return on investment.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a strategic performance advertising plan on the Google platform aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance advertising campaigns on Google platforms, covering search, display, video and other ad formats.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives tailored to the Google audience.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of Google advertising campaigns.
- Implement targeted audience strategies and segmentation specific to Google users.
- Stay updated on the latest Google advertising technologies, features, and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and other teams to align Google advertising strategies with broader business goals.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all Google advertising channels.
- Develop and manage budgets for Google advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign expenses and optimize budget allocation based on Google platform performance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance advertising, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role, specifically focused on Google platforms.
- In-depth understanding of Google advertising platforms, features, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making on Google.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools, with a focus on Google Analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align Google advertising efforts with business objectives.
- Familiarity with ad tech solutions and emerging trends in Google advertising.
