**Job Overview**

The Warehouse & Logistics Assistant ensures all incoming goods are received accurately, handed over to Production or RMA Management for audit/order or RMA processing, stored, tracked and accounted for and subsequently out-going goods are picked for order or RMA processing, packed securely and dispatched accurately.

The role also involves goods handling and storage in the right conditions and designated areas, free from risk of damage to minimize stock losses and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, reporting any anomalies to the Logistics and Warehouse Senior Supervisor and delivering a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**In-bound Goods Receiving**
- Responsible in ensuring accurate receipt, unpacking and put away of goods by grade.
- Ensures all goods stored are recorded in the system and put away within the agreed service levels.
- Reports any inaccuracy, damages, shortages or other irregularities.

**Outbound Delivery**
- Ensures all goods picked are recorded in the system and handed over to the right personnel within the agreed service levels.
- Ensures all goods to be delivered are securely packed.
- Ensures all delivery documentation is accurate, resolves and reports any inaccuracy or irregularities.

**Safety**
- Adheres to safety processes and procedures, including ensuring proper safety gear is worn at all times.
- Ensures all tools, equipment and machinery is operated according to the prescribed safety procedures.
- Upkeeps the tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse and logistics areas at all times.

**Customer Service**
- Maintains and develops good internal departmental relationships.

**Qualifications & Experiences**
- A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
- Ability to multi-task and management competing priorities.
- Forklift certification.
- Intermediate computer skills particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good physical health.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
