**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT**
**(TALENT MEASUREMENT)**
JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Consultant acts as the main representative to build new business pipeline by providing outbound prospecting and qualifiying lead generation. This is an entry level sales position and is the gateway to sales career opportunities at Talentview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum related work experience: atleast 1 year of HR or Account / Sales Management experience
- Technical skills required: HR Recruitment Practices, Proficient in using Google platforms, MS Office Tools, and Active Campaign
- Other behavioral skills required: Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, customer-focused, sales, presentation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation and Meetings
- Lead prospecting / research
- Meet with prospective clients to present TalentView solutions specific to Talent Assessment (Talegent Assessment, Assessment and Developement Centers, Indeed Platform, Graduate Recruitment Programa among others)
- Creates presentation decks and collaterals aligned to the needs of the potential client
- Records client inquiries, objections, next steps, closings etc using CRM (ActiveCampaign)
Business Development
- Have an understanding of recruitment best practices, HR technologies and TalentView solutions to act as a real partner for clients
- Prepares proposals that reflect the needs of the prospective client to close accounts
- Facilitate closing of accounts from follow up calls, presentation meetings, live demos, negotiation and contract closing
- Participate in networking events that can increase awareness of TalentView and its solutions
- Align with the marketing team on external communications and events
- Prepares business value case studies for leads and existing clients by using questioning techniques and online research
- Formulates scope of services, pricing strategies, and length of services that exceed client needs while maintaining profitability
- Analyzes and prioritizes carefully the business opportunities to pursue
- Aligns unique selling propositions and differentiators using industry and competitor knowledge
- Facilitates post-sales trainings as needed to further maximize the use of the platform
Competitor Analysis
- Acquires and updates knowledge of employer’s and competitors’ products and services, and market conditions
