Administrative Assistant

Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, document control, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Maintain and update customer and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics team for timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Handle incoming calls and walk-in customer inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy office environment.
- Assist in compiling reports for management (sales, production, stock reports).
- Help in the preparation of audit documents and ISO/SIRIM-related paperwork.
- Manage records of non-conformance reports (NCR) and support in corrective action follow-ups.
**Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of metal roofing products or construction materials is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
