Job Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage of supplies
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation
- Respond to customer inquiries or requests in a professional and friendly manner

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and efficiency in dishwashing and cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Understanding of basic food hygiene and safety practices
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience as a Steward or in a similar role is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
