Duties & Responsibilities:

- Routine maintenance & ongoing facility maintenance, completing repairs on equipment, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs with the building's contractors and residents.
- Dealing with Residents, contractors and local authorities on technical related matters.
- Preventive repair works (plumbing, electrical, wiring, servicing, painting works, civil and structural works) as per maintenance schedule set.
- Troubleshooting and identifying technical issues of machineries or the system.
- Keeping track of defects and repair schedule as per maintenance defect checklist.
- Keeping track on expiry of equipment licensing and liaise with relevant authorities for renewal.
- Daily checks of the water level at storage tank and reading of monthly water meter.
- Reading pool PH level and alkalinity.
- Ensuring all tools are in order and keep proper record.
- Ensuring all consumable parts are in store and keep proper record.
- Compilation of information to facilitate the preparation of building maintenance reports to the Residence Manager.
- Accompanying service providers or contractors for any installations / maintenance repair works in residential units.
- To be readily available at any time should an emergency arise.
- To undertake any other duty as deemed fit by the Management.
