The position requires the person cook for about 60 - 100 people for meals.

**DETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Prepare and serve food to the inmates of the Home.

2. Ensure food is prepared in a hygienic manner.

3. Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and wash all utensils after cooking.

4. Dispose all unwanted waste matters into the proper garbage bins.

5. Inform the HOD of any shortage of ingredients or any required items immediately.

6. Ensure money is collected for the sales of food in the canteen.

7. Perform work in the kitchen safely.

8. The job functions are not only limited or restricted to those stated above. Other duties/tasks may assign from time to time by the superiors and management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

1. No academic qualification required yet those with basic reading and writing skills will be added advantage.

2. Minimum 2 years experience in related field.

3. Good cooking skills and able to cook for big numbers of people.

4. Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia / English.

5. Willing to be based at Penang.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
