We welcome interns with relevant diplomas/degrees in business management and marketing, and also graphic design and mass communication to join us. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in our online marketing, data entry, media design, content and copywriting, understand our business and processes, and work with our professional team to complete tasks. Lead Generation - Research and identify potential customers.

Sales Pitches & Presentations - Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations.

Customer Relationship Management - Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Market Research - Analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.

Administrative Support - Help with sales reports, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

1. Outbound Telemarketing

Sales & Promotions - Calling potential or existing customers to sell products or services.

Lead Generation - Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.

Appointment Setting - Scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for sales representatives.

Surveys & Market Research - Collecting customer feedback and conducting surveys.

2. Inbound Telemarketing

Customer Support - Handling inquiries about products, services, and orders.

Technical Assistance - Providing basic troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

Order Processing - Assisting customers with purchases and transactions.

Upselling & Cross-selling - Recommending additional or related products to customers.
