**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide initial emergency response, including resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or trauma patients, following ALS emergency medical protocols (e.g., ACLS, PHTLS).
- Serve as the staging point for medical evacuations from site to advanced treatment facilities when patient needs exceed on-site capabilities, coordinating evacuations in collaboration with 24-hour alarm centers.
- Manage and treat non-emergency medical conditions in line with International SOS protocols, with remote physician guidance from the alarm center when additional expertise is needed.
- Oversee medical administration, including initial equipment and medicine audits.
- Maintain and manage medical equipment, supplies, and consumable resupply arrangements.
- Implement site health plans and preventive healthcare initiatives as required.
- Conduct regular health and hygiene inspections of catering, accommodation, and laundry facilities on-site.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documentation, and activity logs.
- Support the client’s HSE Manager with assigned administrative duties.

**Support from International SOS Infrastructure**
- Access to 24/7 second medical opinions and case management from qualified doctors.
- Regular management oversight through scheduled calls, site visits, and periodic audits to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.
- Adherence to International SOS Standards & Procedures and Group Practices.
- Provide regular updates to the client on site medical issues (e.g., spikes in malaria cases) and medical service performance.

**Quality Assurance & Administration**
- Collaborate with the Medical Services Operations team and Medical Director to optimize quality assurance and ensure consistent achievement of appropriate medical outcomes.
- Take ownership of the quality of medical service delivery in accordance with International SOS guidelines and standards.
- Ensure patient files and documentation meet the highest standards and comply with International SOS requirements.
- Assist with the maintenance, selection, and control of medical equipment and supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**
- ATLS Certification
- PHTLS Certification
- Management experience
- ACLS Certification
- Proficiency in EHR systems
- Familiarity with medical imaging
- Knowledge of Epic software
- Experience in Psychiatry, Perioperative care, Botulinum toxin treatment, Ophthalmology, Maternal-fetal medicine, Critical care, Endocrinology, Cardiac catheterization, and Vascular interventional radiography

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM80.00 - RM100.00 per hour

License/Certification:

- BC/BE (preferred)
- Medical License (preferred)
