Project Manager in Telecommunication Industry

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the pre-sales technical service activity and project management
- Managing a team of engineer and to provide effective and timely customer service/support as well as issue resolution
- Provide effective solution on technical issue
- To ensure all technical team member are fully engaged in delivering the project and meet the project objective.
- Participate in internal and external customer meeting to define technical requirements, quality assurance, manpower allocation and tool requirement to improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering and computer or other related field of study.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Telecommunication engineering services.
- Require technical knowledge and skill on network products (router, switches etc) and wireless products (HSDPA/WCDMA/EDGE/GPRS/GSM, WiMAX etc).
- Possess people management skill with excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Those already with CIDB certification are encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
