**Position: Retail Assistant**
Location: Dreamers' Playground - KL Gateway Mall
Types : Full-time, Permanent
Total Vacant : 1

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team at **Dreamers’ Playground**, an interactive brick-based edutainment center by Brick Artisan Creative located at KL Gateway Mall.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service, particularly to Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Assist and guide visitors at interactive play zones, workshops, and retail areas.
- Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory control.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
- Perform store opening and closing duties in accordance with standard procedures.
- For the Supervisor role: oversee daily operations, lead team members, and ensure smooth execution of tasks and guest satisfaction.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or interactive environments.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written). Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and comfortable working in a family-friendly environment.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, based on shift rotation.
- Familiar with basic computer use and POS system operations.
