Business Development Manager

Our products are used by universities and colleges around the world to manage operations, payments, and curriculum. We are looking for a strategic thinker to join our team and build new avenues for growth.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Identify, research, and analyze new market opportunities, including new verticals and strategic partnerships.
- Proactively source, manage, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), tenders, and grant opportunities.
- Develop and write compelling proposals and business cases to win new contracts.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with potential clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle, from initial outreach to negotiation and closing strategic accounts.
- Represent GR Tech at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide market feedback and inform strategy.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, strategic sales, or partnership management within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience in finding and successfully responding to RFPs and formal proposals.
- A strong understanding of the education technology (EdTech) market is highly desirable.
- Excellent research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to create persuasive proposals.
- Proficiency with CRM software and a self-starting, results-driven attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
