1. Administrative and Office Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations for retail and warehouse teams
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems (invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.)

2. Purchasing & Supplier Support
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations, invoices, and purchase returns
- Record and file supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Work with accounts team to ensure timely payment and record keeping

3. Customer Service & Sales Admin
- Process and file sales orders, invoices and returns
- Work with sales team to ensure timely payment and record keeping

Key Skills Required
- Proficient in accounting software (Master Accounting Software)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative role, preferably in wholesale, retail, or a related industry

Office hours : Monday to Saturday (8.30am - 5pm)

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
