Supporting the Technical manager and consultant
- Collate and/or prepare drawings, technical specifications, and sketches for a better understanding
- Attend online\site technical meetings, offering insights and future technical issues
- Attend to technical queries and provide technical support to the sales team
- Address technical questionnaires, and raise queries for the fabrication of products.
- Arranging, monitoring and submitting shop drawings.
- Ensures the understanding and compliance of drawings with standards and specifications.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure products are being completed correctly and in a timely manner for project handover
- Assists in taking up the quantity as per BQ and the detailed breakdown in the Excel sheet
- Assists in the follow-up on making arrangements for sample submission
- Assist the sales team with technical drawings, data compilation, technical calculations and other sales support-related activities
- Maintain and monitor project deadlines as per work schedule
- Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills as you will be working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, costing, and quality objectives.
- Ensure projects are working within timelines and budget
- Carry out a site inspection
- Ensure Project Documentation is properly managed
- Any other duties as may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least an ITE certificate, relevant engineering diploma or other relevant technical qualification.
- Detailed oriented
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
