1) Plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives.

2) Plan and conduct on-the-job training from time to time as when necessary. On-the-job training shall conduct with commensurate to the level of education the employee.

3) Managing the CNC / Engineering processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP

4) Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

5) Correcting, preventing or reducing undesired effects in order to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process.

6) To involve in stock-count and audit to ensure inventory data are recorded accurately.

7) Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

8) Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality and efficient production.

9) Select, install and maintain cutting tools and fixtures, ensuring they meet the requirements of each machining job.

10) Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize tooling and fixturing for improved efficiency and quality.

11) Conduct regular inspections of machined components using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

12) Identify and address any deviations from specifications, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality.

13) Program CNC machines by ensuring accurate and efficient machining processes.

14) Troubleshoot and debug programming and machining issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

15) Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

16) Work closely with the Quality Manager to enhance overall quality control processes.

17) Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

18) Involved in supplier audits to assess and improve quality performance.

19) To maintain proper failing for all respective documents.

20) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS.

21) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Requirements:
1) Diploma & above in Engineering or At least 5-8 years of working experience in similar field/position.

2) Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949 is an added advantage.

3) Proven experience as a CNC in the precision machining industry.

4) Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines, including programming and troubleshooting.

5) Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fixturing.

6) Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings and specifications.

7) Other competences: Responsibility & independently, secrecy, attentive, agility

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
