About the role
We are seeking highly motivated individual to join us as a Graduate Trainee. In this role, you will assist the team in providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will work closely with the sales and technical delivery team, engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements and demonstrate how our products and services can address their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to kick-start their career in I.T. and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

**; Requirements**: - Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and technical delivery team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Participate in customer meetings (virtual and face-to-face) and sales calls to address technical inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized proposals and deliver high-quality sales documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales support materials, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
- Completing assigned technical certifications.
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Network) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong passion for technology and aptitude for understanding complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
