Responsible for daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Journal Entry, General Ledger, Inventories, debit/credit notes, purchase orders, statement of accounts, bank reconciliation, vendor registration and etc
- Responsible to handle full set of accounts
- Lead and manage the monthly financial closing process (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other month-end close related activities) and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries companies to identify and implement process improvements and best practices for month end close procedures.
- Review and highlight abnormalities of customers' and suppliers' billing/quotation to superior.
- Monitor billings and jobs’ margin and supplier costs
- Reconcile with group companies inter-company balances
- Assist the Finance Manager in financial planning and anaysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the company.
- Assist in monthly, annual accounting financial reports and year end financials.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparation of audit schdules and support the audit process.
- Compute estimation of Corporate Income Tax and review computation prepared by tax consultant and liaise with tax consultant to prepare accurate documents.
- Assist in liaison with external parties such as auditors, tax agent and bankers to ensure timely submission for statutory accounts, tax matters and banking information.
- Assist in liaison with internal parties within company & Group of company to gather and provide information as required.
- Monitor cashflow position (AR-Receivables invoicing & collection and AP-Prepare payment to supplier and monthly operating expenses)
- Must be organise and able to maintain good filing and records and all accounting related matters
- To undertake any ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by Finance Manager and Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess minimum Diploma in finance or accounting, or any related discipline, with partial professional qualification of ACCA, CPA, CA, MIA, CIA, or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum 5 years experience in handling full of set of accounts, P&L / Balance Sheet, AP & AR
- Proficiency in English (Spoken and Writing)
- Other languages such as Mandarin and Malay will be additional score
- Good communication and organizational skills and meticulous.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience in MS Office are preferable.
- A good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision deadlines.
- Positive working attitude, high integrity and willingness to learn
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadline.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
