**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Clinic Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SOPs.
- Ensure clinic facilities, equipment, and inventory are maintained in optimal condition.
- Manage staff schedules, patient appointments, and service flow to minimize waiting time.
**2. Staff Supervision & Development**
- Lead, coach, and motivate clinic team including beauty consultants, therapists, and front desk staff.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training to ensure consistent service quality and product knowledge.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and support career development.
**3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence**
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented environment for all patients.
- Resolve patient concerns or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Promote a patient-first culture and maintain high satisfaction levels.
**4. Sales & Target Achievement**
- Drive clinic revenue by achieving monthly sales targets (products and treatments).
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide guidance to improve results.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions, and patient engagement strategies.
**5. Reporting & Compliance**
- Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic performance, sales, inventory, and staff matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards and medical regulations.
- Assist in audits and implement corrective actions as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in an aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum diploma in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field. Aesthetic-related qualifications are a plus.
**Working Hours**:
- 6-day work week including weekends (clinic-based rotation).
- Must be flexible to accommodate peak clinic hours and promotional events.
