**Responsibility**
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Manage social media platforms, create content, and schedule posts to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to demonstrate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with web development teams to maintain and update the company website for optimal user experience and performance.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create compelling visuals for online ads, banners, and promotional materials.
- Manage online ad placements on various platforms and track performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Recommend new digital marketing opportunities based on market insights.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are beneficial.
