This position reports to the Business Development Manager and coordinates with all learning partners to successfully enroll clients/ participants in LMI programmes (leadership courses) and manage the entire development process to ensure participants achieve the desired and pre-determined results. LMM provides continuous learning opportunities and a positive working environment. Basic Salary Range: RM3,000 to RM3,500 (basic only, excluding sales commission, sales bonus) Specific Responsibilities - Find new and qualified potential clients. - Reach out to SME business owners and carry out a Performance Needs Analysis for their business. - Recommend the right LMI solution or programme that fits the individual’s development needs within the company. - Work with all learning partners, like course coaches, facilitators, and manager mentors, to help participants learn and achieve their goals. - Regularly collect feedback for improvement and follow up with clients to ensure results, maintain relationships, and encourage resales and referrals.
