Plumber General Worker

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. - Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. - Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. - Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required. - Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems - Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair - Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes - Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts - Prepares schedules and oversees other workers, such as apprentices and helpers - Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders - Respond to emergency calls as needed - To report through whatsapp before start repairing - Avoid double handling works - Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used. - Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken - To check and refill pipe and fittings on the vehicle - To check all the machinery is in good condition
