**The Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Execute cost-saving activities across shipping, warehousing, storage control, import duty, and logistic operations.
- Plan and manage monthly stock budgeting.
- Support in vendor sourcing and negotiation of favourable pricing, terms and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate and track both local and overseas orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage logistics planning and delivery coordination for regional branches.
- Support and execute ad-hoc procurement and warehouse initiatives as needed.

**Who You Are**:

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
- A background or experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent liaising, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

**Working Arrangement**:
On-Site. Work closely with the Supply Chain Director and Warehouse team.
