Front Desk/ Reception Assistant

Should possess knowledge in office administration & housekeeping.
- Possess a minimum of SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in admin/ reception/ related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Excel)
- Good communication and high level of integrity.
- Organized approach and able to work under pressure
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Pleasant telephone speaking with good grammar.
**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Answering incoming calls and direct calls correctly, professionally and courteously
2. Welcoming customers and visitors and directing them appropriately.
3. Maintaining cleanliness of lobby and front office.
4. Updating employee telephone list on periodical basis.
5. Compile & update training records and other HR reports.
6. Maintain training related documents as per internal and external audit requirement.
7. Any other admin / clerical support work as required by superior.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
