**About the role**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Assistant to join our team at Klinik Al Humaira in Kuantan, Pahang. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and smooth operation of our medical practice. This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the healthcare of our local community.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
- Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for patient visits
- Assisting the medical staff with various administrative tasks, such as filing patient records and managing inventory
- Answering incoming phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
- Maintaining the clinic's overall cleanliness and organization
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using medical software and basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM1,275.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 - 45 per week
