**What you'll do**:
Own and Manage Paid Media Channels: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media
strategies that align with Osome's business objectives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
GTM Strategy for New Segments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new customer segments and geographic markets.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across all paid channels.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad
creatives and landing pages tailored to each platform and audience.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure Osome remains at the forefront of digital advertising
**Who you are**:
Experience: At least 5+ years in performance marketing, with a proven track record of
managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and
X/Twitter. Bonus if you have at least 3+ years in a digital marketing agency.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and ROI.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Good to have but not required: Bonus if you have experience in Chinese marketing
platforms like RedNote or Chinese language ads
