**Responsibilities**:
i. Responsible to handle fully physiotherapist services and schedule to reach upmost patient satisfaction in the centre or house call.

ii. Conduct and examine patient complaint and condition, provide consultation treatment based on assessment.

iii. Ensure the treatment arranged/proposed to ease the pain, reduce pain, relief the uneasiness, aimed to achieve agreed resolution between patient and physiotherapist.

iv. Managed patient’s complaints by provide proper explanation and guidance based on matters arisen, with specific/written record to avoid miss-leaded information.

v. Revised if necessary scheduled treatment session based on changes of the treatment given, and to propose follow up treatment session based on patient capacity and responses, and capability.

vi. To optimize the planned daily scheduled, accommodate changes if required and to meet patient’s demand.

vii. Join any events that have been organized from the company.

viii. Undergo tasks that have been assigned by superior.

**Before Treatment**:
Ø Remind patient on treatment appointment a day before.

Ø Properly wearing company’s attire.

Ø Ensure all equipment are well equip before going for house call.

Ø Know about patient condition before treatment start.

Ø Always update on patient’s condition to ensure treatment are based on Evidence-Based Practice.

Ø Preparing invoice/receipt before start treatment.

**During Treatment**:
Ø Correctly determine patient problems

Ø Know thoroughly about patient’s condition and its safety measure

Ø Follow S.O.P of treatment and giving at least 60% manual intervention

Ø Have a good communication with patients with full respects

Ø Correctly prescribe exercise to patients with a proper guide

Ø Telling the truth to the patients about their conditions and our treatment plan for them

Ø Fully explain about the treatment package and rehabilitation plan for patient’s progression

**After Treatment**:
Ø Ensure patient’s details are completely filled in system.

Ø Explain clearly about package and current promotion that suit for their condition

Ø Book next appointment for patients

Ø Ensure patients get their receipt after every payment done

Ø Ensure all equipment is well kept in place, clean and change towel after session ended

Ø Ensure no equipment is left before going back from house call session

Ø Daily update payment with admin.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
