**Responsibilities**:
**Identify and Cultivate Top-tier KOLs**:
Utilize industry knowledge and connections to identify and cultivate relationships with top KOLs in the FMCG/Beauty sector.
Develop and maintain a network of influencers aligned with brand goals.

**Negotiation and Project Management**:
Lead negotiations with KOLs, including pricing, deliverables, and project timelines.
Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet established objectives.

**Campaign Execution**:
Manage the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial concept to post-campaign analysis.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the brand and KOLs.

**Performance Analysis**:
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of influencer campaigns.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights for future improvements.

**FMCG/Beauty Industry Expertise**:
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in KOL management, specifically within the FMCG/Beauty sector.
Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with top-tier/long tail influencers.
Strong negotiation and project management skills.
