**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Interview Coordination**: Arrange and manage follow-up interviews and assessments, working closely with different departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Understand clients' hiring needs, requirements, and preferences. Provide expert recruitment advice and solutions to build strong client relationships.
- **Market Trends and Industry Insights**: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive practices. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Work Experience**: At least **1 year of recruitment experience** is required. We are looking for someone who understands the recruitment process and is passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in **Mandarin and English**, both spoken and written, is essential.
- **Educational Background**: We value attitude over formal education. What matters most is your positive mindset and problem-solving ability.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: You enjoy interacting with people and can communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- **Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills**: You are a natural problem solver with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. You can quickly address and resolve issues.
- **Time Management & Organization**: This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Self-motivation and independence are key.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
