**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Willing to be based in Petaling Jaya
- Strong understanding of leasing regulations and tenant rights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and leasing tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
