**Job Summary**

Aiqon Capital is expanding and looking for a **committed and responsible individual** to join our team as a **Recovery Officer**. You will play a key role in managing overdue accounts, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth debt recovery processes.

Training will be provided for all new hires — fresh graduates are welcome to apply

**Responsibilities**
- Negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.
- Update system records promptly and monitor customers’ payment progress.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and confidentially.
- Work towards achieving monthly recovery targets as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher is an advantage).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / data entry).
