**What You Can Expect To Work On**
- Launchpool Program: Take a hands-on role in managing the correct planning, execution and development of the MON Launchpool program, coordinating with external partners, and internal teams.
- Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables while working closely with internal teams (product, marketing, development, tech, etc.).
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Track and manage project timelines and KPIs, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, such as partner projects. distribution and solution platforms, to promote project visibility and ensure smooth launches.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle.
- Manage investor, partner, and community communications related to project developments and launches.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to improve project processes and outcomes.
- Regularly communicate with senior management on project status, risks, and any required adjustments to the strategy.
- Deep Crypto Knowledge & Application: Leverage your expertise in crypto technologies, including blockchain, DeFi, and NFTs, to ensure that projects align with industry best practices and current market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in crypto and blockchain and provide strategic insights into emerging technologies that could benefit the company’s growth.

**Requirements**:
**What You Need to Succeed**
- 2-3 years of Project Management experience in the crypto or blockchain space.
- Strong deep knowledge of crypto technologies, including blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and cryptocurrencies.
- Ideally some previous hands-on experience in launchpool programs, token launches, IDOs, or similar initiatives, with a proven track record of successful delivery (at least as a user)
- Solid understanding of tokenomics, smart contracts, and decentralized networks.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in reporting to senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a high level of autonomy.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the crypto and blockchain industry is a plus.
- Experience in coordinating remote teams or working with international teams is an advantage.
