**Role and Responsibilities**
- Perform desktop, laptop, printing, and peripherals support
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Manage Windows 10 & 11, MS Office Applications, network connectivity, printer mapping etc.
- Comprehensive documentation of all support calls.
- Knowledgeable on different IT Technologies where continuous learning in the work field is expected
- Maintain a high degree of customer service to all employees, vendors, and clients of the company and adhere to all service management principles

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge with Windows & Macs operating systems
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support, IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Proficient communication in English, Malay is a plus.
- Full-Time position.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
