**The Position**: We’re looking for a Pharmacy Supervisor/Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma is healthcare related fields or equivalent certificate or higher education
- Prior experiences working in retail pharmacies or clinics
- Must be willing to cover both outlets in Kuching (Tabuan Jaya and Semariang) as scheduled.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Computer literature

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the pharmacy and lead all staff in daily operations
- Maintain and upkeep necessary records and bookkeeping (i.e. Poisons B, C, PSE Log Books) in compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements
- Maintain and upkeep patients’ electronic health records.
- Maintain and upkeep the appearance, organization, and ambience of the prescription room
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including appropriate counselling sessions and referrals to external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Assist in receiving stocks and stock management
- Maintain and upkeep appearance and ambience of the retail space
- Carry out cashier duties
- Carry out duties of sales assistant when necessary
- Be aware of possible shoplifter and to ensure that all merchandise is paid before being taken out of the shop
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of counters and shelves
- Perform any other job assignments/duties assigned by line managers as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
