**Key Responsibilities：**

**Quality Control (QC) Duties**
- Monitor and evaluate daily operational quality in service areas, kitchen, hygiene, and customer experience.
- Conduct regular audits on food safety, cleanliness, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) compliance, and service quality.
- Collect and analyze data from feedback forms, mystery customer reports, and CCTV reviews.
- Identify service or process gaps and work with the operations team to implement improvements.
- Train staff on quality standards and food safety regulations.

**Discipline Inspection Duties**
- Monitor staff behavior and compliance with internal rules, labor laws, and company values.
- Investigate incidents of misconduct, complaints, or violation of company policy.
- Prepare objective reports and provide recommendations for disciplinary action when needed.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure fair and consistent disciplinary processes.
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and transparency in the workplace.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Science, Business Management, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Disciplinary Inspection roles in hospitality, retail, or F&B industries.

**Skills**:

- Strong observational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, service standards, and workplace discipline practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Effective communication and training skills.
