SEO & Sem Specialist

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for improved consumer acquisition.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, site structure, and schema markups to enhance search engine visibility.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure a healthy link ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts and landing pages.
- Perform content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Work closely with product and tech teams to identify and resolve technical SEO issues and implement optimizations.
- Analyze SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions, providing actionable insights.
- Hypothesize and execute various SEO experiments to identify and tap opportunities.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, AI-generated results, and emerging SEO trends.

**SEM Responsibilities**:

- Design, plan, and execute SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Yahoo.
- Optimize campaign performance by analyzing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker dashboards to report and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute impactful campaign strategies.
- Manage SEM budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms.
- Perform A/B testing to evaluate and refine ad performance.
- Optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

**Required Skills & Proficiency**:

- In-depth knowledge and experience in SEO and SEM.
- Expertise in Google products, including Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads platform, and Keyword Planner.
- Proficiency in tools such as Advanced Web Ranking, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in A/B testing and search experiments.
- Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with the property industry and the Singapore market is an added advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and performance analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to foster impactful partnerships.
