**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Management

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports To: Manager Supply Planning**

**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor

**Geographic Scope: APME**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Innovation development & execution: Responsible for the timely roll-out of Multi Category innovations in the region.
- Develop the innovation network, manage SC stakeholders, and execute against this network
- Report on innovation risks with input from key SC stakeholders
- Represents the Supply Chain stakeholders whilst formalizing the Project plans
- Responsible to manage timelines if New Project Innovations with NPI managers, with support from all SC stakeholders
- Manage expedited projects - online or offline (eg. secure factory trials slots, capacity from factories)
- Represent the SC in the weekly drumbeat meetings (eg New Project innovation DDSes)
- Manage resourcing projects through inputs from regional sourcing, understanding different constraints (i.e. Tax stamps, duties etc.).
- Support the implementation of ESG initiatives and harmonization activities within the region, i.e. SKU rationalization
- Coordinate Category Innovation Related savings plan aligned with the agreed targets and ensure delivery via effective project management and coordination
- Manage NCL reductions through robust management of write-offs, minimizing cost and balancing options to deliver project OTIFs.
