Assist and monitor employees in job performance, attend to questions, and provide input to operators on employee’s job performance.
- Maintain production schedules by ensuring that each line is set-up per the prescribed line layout, has proper equipment and work instructions at the beginning of each line
- Ensure proper clean up before and after production
- Ensure proper operation and guarding of equipment, report any unsafe equipment and/or unsafe acts
- Set good examples for quality, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism and display a positive attitude.
- Complete all documentation as required
- Ensure all reject material is on hold and handled per Quality System procedures.
- Make decisions and accept responsibility on operations related to assigned lines
- Assist in performing and evaluating for products during production
- Promote teamwork within the Production Line
- Work closely with production control to react to schedule changes.
- Communicate and cooperate with all appropriate issues to Head of Department

Job Requirement
- 2 -5 years experience in production and at least 1 year as a leader
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science / Food Services or equivalent
- Experience in food manufacturing / food industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team environment
- Fast learner, initiative, ability to make decision and solve problem
- High disciplinary and responsibility

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
