Job is expected to start immediately

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year (required) and more as a personal driver

**Requirements**:

- Experience in driving luxury cars
- Healthy and Preferably non-smoker.
- Honest, committed to work and able to take instructions properly.
- Must be punctual, responsible, discipline and maintain perfect attendance.
- Proven experience as a Driver (minimum 1 year experience)
- A valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Well verse with the roads in Klang Valley and Selangor and familiar with Waze navigation system
- Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
- Willing to work long hours and occasionally Saturday or Sunday.
- Able to occasionally travel outstations and overnight
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

**Responsibilities**:

- Safe driving, polite and well manners
- Safely and timely drive the Director to work and back, and to occasions.
- Safely drive the Director's family members, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the Director / Director's Office.
- Ensure the car is clean at all times by washing / cleaning / vacuuming interior and exterior of the car.
- Ensure vehicles are in good working order and perform normal maintenance check and cleanliness before and after the daily use of vehicles.
- Assist in dispatch working as and when required
- Send vehicles for their scheduled service maintenance on time.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Safely keep receipts for toll, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer's car and travel.
- Carry out other admin assignments (mailing, groceries, bill payment, banking of cheques etc) as instructed by the management.
- Keep all documents of the vehicle and license in place while driving company vehicle and ensure the road tax/ car insurance are valid and updated.
- Keep a travel log when necessary.
- To treat matters discussed in the vehicle as confidential
