- **工作内容**_ _ **负责学生报名、课程安排与日常支持**_ _处理行政事务，如开具发票、收款及客户服务（如调课、请假） _ **更新和维护学生档案，协助追踪大学申请学生的进展**_ _与学生和家长保持沟通，提供高效支持与跟进 _ **与教务及课程团队协调沟通，优化课程安排和教学流程**_ _协助运营小红书与微信公众账号，每月更新一次内容 _ **每月创作一则简单的内容（如小红书贴文、学生故事分享、小视频）**_
- **职位要求**_ _ **精通英文与中文书写与沟通能力（需对接中国家长与学生）/ Bilingual in English and Chinese**_ _具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神 _ **具备良好的时间管理与组织能力**_ _做事认真负责，细心主动 _ **愿意学习和承担更多责任**_ _如果具备一定的内容创作能力或兴趣者优先（如社媒运营、简单拍摄剪辑等，可提供培训）_

**Operations Executive (Chinese)**

**Position**We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Operations & Student Support Executive** to join us. This role combines administrative support with light content creation and student coordination duties. You’ll help keep the daily operations running smoothly while also supporting our students on their academic journey and contributing to occasional creative content.

**Job Requirements** **Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (you will be working with Chinese-speaking clients)** Strong interpersonal and communication skills **Good organizational skills and time management** Responsible, resourceful, and able to work independently **Willing to take initiative and grow into a multi-functional role** Creative eye for simple, engaging content is a plus (training provided if needed)

**Additional Details** Working Hours: 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday Salary: $800-$1000 SGD Expected Start Date: 01/04/2024 Office Location: 545 Orchard Road, #14-09, S238882
