Production Executive

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables in a timely manner.
- Responsible for receiving proses and verifying billing and requisitions for goods and services. Ensure all purchases conform to company expectation in term of pricing and lead time. Get minimum 3 quotation as comparison for any new acquisition.
- Perform stock take and control in stock PAR level. Maintain accuracy of inventory with proper record in inventory system versus physical inventory.
- To create receiving item’s batch number in system to ensure FIFO practice.
- Prepare payment voucher, reconcile and review supplier’s statement monthly and prepare AP aging report during month end.
- Monitor the price trend of all purchase material price and propose stock holding strategy if needed. To look and propose alternative source for price increase material for cost control purpose.
- To handle petty cash transaction upon approved claim and update into system.
- Organize a filling system for important and confidential company documents.
- To react on any Company licensing, certification, vehicle related and contracts renewal process before expired.

Qualifications & requirements:

- Education Level : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food related field or relevant on-job experience
- Specific skills : Have experience in FSMS, GMP, HACCP & Halal practice, proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in food industry and food production, able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia, stronga analytical skill, Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination
- Service suitability:

- Must have a positive attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- You are required to ensure that you are mentally / physically fit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
