[About the Role]

[Key Responsibilities]
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
- Actively follow up and chase overdue payments from customers in a professional manner
- Process and manage payments to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support tax computation, statutory submissions, and external/internal audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and working capital management
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth financial operations

[Requirements]
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years and above of relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience in AR/AP processes, customer collection, and supplier payments
- Proficiency in accounting software Like SQL, Autocount (preferred) and Quickbook is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
- Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
