Account Admin Executive

1. To ensure financial reports for the company and its client accounts are updated daily
2. To prepare the periodic financial management report for the purposes of management consumption and other authorities requirements
3. To ensure the smooth running of operation of the Account Department at site offices including but not limited to the process of issuance of billings, reminders, and other necessary action in ensuring collection of service charges and compliance to Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).
4. To monitor and manage the cash balances on a daily basis
5. To produce a report of all creditors and debtors, including a reconciliation statement
6. To attend meetings with clients and provide clarifications to queries and follow up on issues raised at the meetings
7. To assist Building Manager with other tasks as and when required
8. To prepare periodic reports such as Trial Balance, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Income & Expenditure Statements, Statement of Cash Flow Position, and Balance Sheet
9. To handle the preparation of payment to all creditors
10. To assist in maintaining an effective filing system
11. To liaise with banks, tax agents, auditors, and relevant authorities
12. To undertake any other duties as assigned by Head of Finance Department
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
