**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting our brand, products, and services through digital and offline channels. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to analyze market trends to help shape strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners on marketing initiatives.
- Support event planning, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Support sales teams with promotional materials and lead-generation initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
