**Responsibilities**

1. Admin:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and communications.
- Assist in onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and presentable.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
- Support HR, finance or operations teams with ad hoc tasks and projects.

2. Performance Management:

- Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.
- Prepare and submit performance management reports to the Head of Department.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Diploma in Business Administration

Experience
- At least 1 years of experience in bookkeeping
- At least 1 years of experience in admin

Skill
- Administration.
- Communication.
- Problem solving.
- Statistical analysis.
- Customer focus.
- Organizing and time management.
- Collaboration and team work.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
