Job Description
1. Minimum 10 years of project/software testing related to Banking systems/domain, inclusive of 5 years with program test management experience managing the project testing.

2. Good knowledge on Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Defect management lifecycle.

3. Attention to details. Good test management and analytics skills.

4. Good written and verbal communication skills.

5. Able to collaborate and front the project team and stakeholders confidently.

6. Working experience using test and defect management such as HPALM, etc

8. Responsible to prepare the test strategy, test plan, test cycle & execution plan and test tasks assignment for the testing projects.

9. Review all testing deliverables produced by test analysts to ensure completeness and accuracy.

10. Perform the test progress, test control & defect management and analysis for Daily Status Reporting (DSR).

11. Conduct the defect triage meeting.

12. Pepare the test completion report for testing signoff.

13. Review test results and accountable of the testing signoff and quality.

16. Responsible for the successful delivery of the testing project and quality.

17. Raise escalation to Test COE Manager and Project Manager for testing issues/risks.

18. Conduct retrospective with test analysts for test continuous improvements.

19. High EQ and professional when dealing with demanding stakeholders.
